People 55 years of age or older, who want to make a difference in their communities can be a volunteer. Volunteers serve in schools tutoring children, at nutrition lunch sites for seniors, in hospitals with families of patients, in the jail mentoring inmates and in a variety of assignments at the 51 available sites throughout Norfolk County. *What are the benefits for RSVP volunteers?
All RSVP volunteers receive free supplemental accident insurance, mileage reimbursements to and from the volunteer site, and a complimentary invitation to the Annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon. *How can a person apply to be an RSVP volunteer?
