Executive Order on Remote Participation

On Thursday, March 12, 2020, Governor Baker issued an “Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c.30A, Section 20.” That Order was effective immediately until it is rescinded or the State of Emergency is terminated.

15. 2:45 p.m. - Executive Session – Pursuant to Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with AFSCME Council 93, Local 2417, Registry Unit, specifically a grievance filed pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement; and pursuant to Purpose 2, to conduct a collective bargaining session with AFSCME Council 93, Local 2417, Registry Unit, specifically a grievance filed pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, if the chair declares that an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Commissioners. The Commissioners will return to Open Session for the purposes of adjournment.
